THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

Just submit your patient’s information on our website, request the proper DME for your patient, then select the Outcome Assessment questionnaires to send to your patient and choose how often they are sent.

SIMPLE ordering of DME on our website and the DME item is sent directly to your patient. We do the verification of benefits, pre-authorization, and the billing for you. We are in-network with Payers nationwide, which will allow Low or No Patient Responsibility.

2.

We send the Outcome Assessments to the Provider’s patient to fill out, and manage the collection of the data and reports, then send completed reports back to the practice.

3.

We handle all billing services for the Outcome Assessments for the Provider.
